Responsibilities
|
The candidate must be a B.text and must have experience in managing production of high quality yarn dyed fabrics. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to complete weaving management. Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
Conducting Pre Production meeting with all Dept head and allocating responsibilities for each and every Operations.
Motivating and improving Production feasibilities to all Dept Heads.
Fixing Targets as per the delivery date and Dollar Value.
Highlighting the special areas to be concentrated to increase productivity.
Checking the availability of special Machines required for that particular Style.
Ensuring the smooth flow from Cutting Dept to Production Lines.
Costing & Production Planning.
Preparing T & A.

Maintain the CSP (Count Strength
Product) of warp, weft , yarns.
Maintain the count in spinning & achieve
the Quality and production.
Monitoring Production to meet targets.
Advising line Incharges for Production Line Balancing to increase Productivity.
Follow up the fabric inspection with 4 point system.
Effective utilization of MRP report.
Responsible for vendor capacity enhancement to meet future requirements.
Development of proto items with in the specified time frame.
Overall functioning of Purchasing.
Controlling WIP & Raw material Inventory levels.
Cost estimation for manufacturing items.
Coordinating with Materials and R & D for Proto developments.
Carrying out Process Qualification and Process capability studies.
