Responsibilities
|
Develop patterns for new style.
Make the samples according to buyers specification.
Carry out fit test for the same.
Recommend production friendly methods.
Consumption calculation.
Communicate with merchandisers and buyers representative.
Work closely with Field QC to act as liaison between factories and pattern design team.
Prep patterns for digitizing.
Assist with the checking of the grading.

Eligibility
|
Minimum 8 years experience in knitted garments (undergarments and outer wear).
Knowledge in cad system is compulsory.pattern design and development experience required.
Knowledge of pattern slopers or block patterns.
Knowledge of Gerber / Micro dynamics system helpful.
Good communication and organizational skill.
Detail oriented & Creative mind.
