Responsibilities
|
Candidate will be responsible for knitting/dyeing and all fabric related.
issues.
Will have to derive knitting / dyeing plans and ensure productivity, quality & timely delivery of fabrics.
Should have sound technical knowledge on all types knit fabrics.
Candidate will have to report to Production Director for all activities & approvals.
Candidate must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
Candidate must be proactive and creative in order to formulate / implement efficient & effective production techniques.

Eligibility
|
Masters degree holder, preferably in Textile Engineering or other related field.
Experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Garments (Woven & Knitting), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing / Finishing).
Candidate must have experience and be comfortable to handle all types of circular knit items.
Candidate must be proactive and creative in order to formulate / implement efficient & effective production techniques.
A fine command in written & spoken English & Bengali is a must.
Candidate must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
