Job Description
- Set the strategic direction of LE School Uniform.

- Identify and develop prospecting strategies that aggressively grow market share and position LESU to be the dominant player in the school uniform market.

- Partner closely with LE KIDS business to create strategies to leverage both businesses to expand LE pentetrtation and grow LE’s kids business.

- Establish both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the division’s business plan.

- Build cross-functional relationships to coordinate the specific objectives of the LESU Sales Plan with all of the functional departments involved including but not limited to finance, marketing, inventory, operations, merchandising, legal, IT, etc.

- Partner with Marketing to develop both market and target customer strategies that will result in aggressively growing LESU top line. In addition, establish marketing and sales contingency plans.

- Manage the needs of the LESU customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.

- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with key LESU customers. Spend time in the field with sales personnel as needed.

- Establish LESU organizational structure and staffing model and develop high performing teams and individuals.

- Five to seven years experience in managing large-scale diverse projects (varying in complexity of scope and budget).

- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results within budget and on time.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; demonstrated team player with proven success collaborating across functions.

- Ability to successfully implement change and challenge others in a positive/constructive way.

- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
