Job Description
- Leading associates in achieving customer service and merchandising objectives. - Analyzing weekly and daily key performance results. - Demonstrating support of customer service and DSW Rewards programs. - Acting as Manager on Duty as needed. - Assisting in recruitment and training of sales associates. - Leading associates and participating in merchandise placement, shipment processing,and store recovery. - Monitoring associates compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assisting the management team with inventory control and financial processes. - Attending to store housekeeping as needed.
