Job Description
- Responsible for managing small team of concept designers to evolve the brand story through architecture, finishes and fixtures.

- Design store environments that support evolving product categories, while ensuring the CEOs vision of the store environment is carried out.

- Deliver innovative store environments that emotionally engage our customer.

- Manage all Victorias Secret flagship stores domestically and internationally.

- Ability to present to multiple audiences- and influence decisions.

- Aid in the transition of the design vision to the implementation team, developing guidelines and training programs for designers and architects.

- Coordinate with internal SD&C partners to manage project costs and schedule.

- Prepare presentations to update progress for internal executive leaders as well as current and future licensee partners.

- Collaborate with other SD&C partners to share best practices and share experiences on common projects.

- Provide ongoing support to Brand teams to ensure store design concepts evolve and address the changing needs and priorities of the business. Lead relationship with visual, marketing and merchants.

- Travel as necessary to provide on-site design support and train partners to meet acceptable Brand standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- 7-10 years of experience in retail design in a corporate environment or in a design consultancy firm and hold senior level design experience.

- Demonstrate creative abilities and excellent leadership skills.

- Solid analytical and communication skills to convey design ideas and intent.

- Self confidence in presenting design ideas and solutions to an Executive audience.

- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.

- AutoCad, PowerPoint, CS suite software, hand sketching and rendering software.

- Strong management and leadership skills, with focus on managing the creative process.

- Excellent analytical and management skills to meet all project deadlines in an environment of change and shifting priorities.

- Strong collaboration and partnership capabilities with multiple company and project team members.

- International retail business experience and understanding of international culture differences preferred.
