Job Description
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the District Sales Supervisor is primarily responsible for driving sales and profitability within an assigned district, comprised of a group of stores in the Winnipeg region.- Responsible for building a high performing sales team within the district, the DSS plays an integral role in the development of Store Associate Managers and monitors the development of all other store personnel, to meet current and future business goals.- He/she will lead brand and visual merchandising excellence within your stores by ensuring that marketing, visual and product management strategies are executed according to Company standard.- He/she promotes efficient and cost-effective operations by ensuring that stores are managing on a daily basis, their sales and wage budgets, expenses, inventory shrinkage, employee turnover and ensuring proper working conditions.
