Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for delivering the photo shoots.This will involve planning and executing the shootout of products with/without models.The successful candidate will be responsible for running the entire production of a sales event in a fast-paced and high-volume production environment (36-48 looks per day, 5-6 days per week).The production manager will also work closely with the IT and sourcing teams to meet the sales event schedules.Coordinate and project manage the production of all photo shoots with efficiency and high quality.Manage the team of photographers, models, stylists and make-up artists.Create daily, weekly shoot plans and execute.Prepare and manage the entire production budget – optimize the cost of production per item produced.Work and coordinate with internal departments – IT and sourcing to produce high quality catalogues.
