Job Description

Overall Promotion of our Private Labels - Just Linen, Just Women & Home Stopper . Partnering with selected e-commerce portals to supply them with products and services of all or some of our brands. Building and maintaining relationships with online business partners.
Identifying and understanding Market trends in terms of activities in the e-commerce space, Competitor analysis, etc., and matching them with our products & brands.
Formulation and execution of short-term tactics and long term strategies for increased performance of our brands online ( Planning , Designing , and Implementing the same).
Setting SOPs for Product cataloging, order processing, inventory management, deliveries & payments, and managing them with the entire team.
Co-ordination with Merchandising and sourcing departments for new products development and ranges.

Key Skill

Project Leader, Project Management / Planning, e- commerce, Business Development, marketing, planning, team leader.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of 2-3 years with an E-commerce company or Retail organization in a similar capacity.
Experience with textile / garment industry would be an added asset.
Experience selling nascent (eg: start-up or embryonic) products/services into new markets is a plus.
Preferably a Masters Degree / PGDM / MBA in marketing or related fields.
Graduation in any field.
Excellent grasp over the English Language.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact and establish relationships.
Keen knowledge and interest relating to the retailing, internet and e-commerce.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & related tools.
Strong critical thinking and evaluation skills.
Strategic yet execution focused.
Sense of commitment, innovation and initiative along with strong work ethics.
Entrepreneurial Leader with ability to lead a team of at least 8-10 people.
Ability to multitask & work for long hours.
