Job Description

To develop merchandizing strategies with respect to brand, positioning, competition, customer preferences.
To develop vendors for regular and cost effective supplies.
To develop pricing strategies considering the cost, margin, mark-downs, discounts and competition, seasons.
To develop display strategies to bring in fresh look at stores.
To manage inventory based on shelf-space, sales and stock turns, fill-rates.

Key Skill

Merchandising, Sourcing, Footwear, Buying, OTB, Planning, Replenishment.

Eligibility Criteria

NIFT/ FDDI graduates with relevant experience in merchandising would be preferred.
8+ Experience and exposure in Footwear Merchandising & Sourcing is a must.
Exposure in footwear and leather goods , Accessories.
Exposure in merchandising, vendor development and procurement of footwear.
Exposure to competition benchmarking & product positioning.
Data analysis and presentation skills.
Build strong relationship and foster teamwork among agencies, suppliers/ Vendors and extended team to achieve maximum performance.
