Responsible for production planning of woven PANT & JACKET Factory.Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.Expertise of the industrial Engineering activities and run the department smoothly.Balance the line to ensure minimum work force.Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility.Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.Check all the SMV’s for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.Check the capability of the style during the order inquiry stage.Follow up the production & take necessary action for achievement.Skilled with Planning & IE for productivity improvement.Grade the operator for new or existing. Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.Suggest easy ways of doing the sample to the sample room manager to make the style easy for the bulk.Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.Prepare garments cost & based on CPM.
