To ensure quality standards are met and ensure proficiency in production department by constantly monitoring and guiding the work of tailors.
Should have good skill in cutting and tailoring himself and should be able to construct many garment patterns.

Good skill in cutting and tailoring, Ability to manage team of tailors under him and supervise their work, Should be able to cut for several kinds of patterns in blouses, suits, men's wear, ladies indo western wear etc.
