Job Description

Client Acquisition & revenue generation for the organisation.
Study the product mix of samples & develop new products, to increase productivity & profitability.
To evaluate & source new fabrics, material, accessories & suppliers.
Vendor Management i.e. develop new vendors in order to increase the scope of business.
Supplier evaluation, development & grading of suppliers.
Ensure smooth execution of an order as per the SLA i.e. Quality, Quantity & TAT.
Evaluating designs of competitor’s product for benchmarking in-terms of pricing & quality.
Timely submission of costing/executing orders in coordination with the sampling and production team.
Maintain proper records and handle correspondence and follow up with buyers/agents.
Educating team on the required quality norms.
Identify the training needs of the team members.
