To develop team of Industrial engineering.Time Study.To maintain skill matrix.Control WIP on floor.Line Balancing for Machine / Proper Machine layout.Arrange attachments and folder to make monthly machine plan in coordination with Production Manager and Planer and to ensure machine availability as per production plan.Skill Balancing.Busting Individual operators productivity.Capacity study.To maintain performance readings of operator and to keep upgrading the performance.Co-ordinate with Production Manager, Garment Technician & Marketing to fulfill their I/E requirement.Suggesting new methods for continuous improvement.Carryout methods study and suggest way to simplify the existing methods.To maintain the PC rate system.To work out the PC rates.Suggest Incentive Scheme.Finalization of training module.Implementation of Training Module.Maintaining progress report of trainees.Mentoring and developing soft skills of the trainees.Workout consumptions.Simplify construction and stitching of the garment.Work out SAMs.Calculate production targets base on SAMs.Design Machine layouts.Suggest suitable operators as per operation requirement.Work with marketing on costing to suggest ways and method to reduce cost of manufacturing.To suggest methods and way to reduce wastage and maximize productivity.Any other suitable work assigned by the management from time to time.
