Job Description

Handle the vendor factories. Conduct pre-pro meetings, conduct initial, inline, du pro & final inspections.
Implement and maintain quality system and process and ensure that all the quality parameters are being adhered to.
Responsible for Factory evaluation (Technical/QMS audit )
Carrying out quality & supplier evaluation.
Assessing customer requirement and ensuring that the quality met.
Specifying quality requirement of raw materials with suppliers.
knowledge on all sort of Lab testing relate to Fabric /trims.
Knowledge on Fabric inspection process .
Work with operational team to establish procedures (standards, system).
Directing objective to maximize profitability.
Able to manage, train and develop Team.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Graduate,Textile graduate preferred(Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
The applicants should have experience in Quality Control/Audit,Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting).
Experience of 5-10 years of QA in garments.
Manage the factories,regular production status & updates.
