Budget planning, OTB, sales and stock monitoring , timeline calendar planning, Product Outsourcing.
Costing, Price Negotiations for the product factoring in Perceived Brand Value, Product USP, Material selection & target market.
Preparing Season Merchandise Forecasting for existing Sales & Distribution channels.
Overseeing design and development of footwear categories.
