Job Description

Manage the product development & merchandising activities, oversee the juniors & factories for sample submissions & approvals.
Update the buyer on the production & sampling status.
Conduct pre-pro meetings & ensure timely submissions.

Eligibility Criteria

Merchants with 5-10 years exp. in a BUYING office, HANDLING LEATHER / NON-LEATHER FOOTWEAR Good product knowledge, especially LEATHER SHOES.
Should have excellent communication skills & team-leader. Ability to handle the buyers independently.
