Planning complete product range and preparing sales and stock plans.The candidate should be able to understand and follow the trends in fashion and clothing.Working closely with front end sales team & channel partners to maximize customer interest and sales.Coach the development and implementation of visual standards with respect to the brand's manager.Conceptualize & Documentation of VM Operations in terms of Signage Manual, Merchandise Presentation Manual etc.Gathering information of customers and their feedback on assortment/ service/ promotions.Tracking competitive position through analysis on competitors pricing, advertising and Meeting with clients and ensuring their trust on brand and solving issues, if any.Smart Candidate with excellent communication skills working in same capacity.To travel to all stores to ensure implementation of Merchandise Operation SOPs and VM modules.Act as a link between Head office & all brands stores and Provide centralized Support to all Stores Operations & Channel Partners.Check Performance Report of Sales Staff and preparing monthly incentive schemes.Purchase order management with regular review of FMS and SMS.Manage vendor relations, order tracking, deliveries, shipment processes and inventory control and payment tracking for all distribution centers.Designing and Implementation of promotional offers and update of scheme in POS.Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.
