Dealing with factory workers & employees.Understanding of Factories act and compliance requirements.Dealing with requisite Government agencies.Grievance Handling.Ensuring smooth employee & worker relations with the Management.Coordinate for smooth and timely process of wage settlement and its implementation.Plan and ensure smooth disciplinary proceedings in case of misconduct.Ensure timely enquiry and actions.Conduct communication meetings with workers.Build and maintain relationship with government and other local authorities.
