Travel to develop awareness of our channels of distribution in various regions across the country and derive market insights and trends to insure concept feasibility.
Initiate and provide focused, feasible, functional, commercial and innovative footwear ideas that are appropriate.
Technical Package Development.
Color & Materials Trend.
Travel to manufacturing locations, development centers and vendors to oversee the execution of design solutions; in addition, inspirational trips to trade shows.

Ability to travel.
Computer skills are a central requirement with demonstrated strength in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Email.
