Job Description
You ensure that orders are delivered to the customer, within the quality and time requirement. You monitor buyer standards and will ensure accurate garment construction with minimal rejects prior to final inspection. You ensure the shipment pass rate as targeted and are jointly responsible for the achievement of production and shipment targets. You resolve deviations from prescribed quality standards and implement quality systems, processes and procedures. You work very closely with the Production Manager, Finishing Manager and liaise with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
