Job Description
The BCIP (Brandix Continuous Improvement Process) is a key strategic initiative for the Group. You will liaise with internal and external teams in leading the BCIP team in delivery whilst directly working with Consultant process experts. You will ensure standardization of processes across Customer Business Units as per lean principles, sharing of best practices across the SBU whilst developing and implementing SOP’s. You will assure project completion as per expected timelines, drive learning perspectives and drive strategic initiatives on changing the culture, mindset and process orientation of the organization. Implementing and driving a sustainable change through standardized process, learning and culture, whilst directly contributing to profitability through productivity improvement will be your end deliverable.
