Job Description

You will be responsible to drive key supply chain performance improvement initiatives on inventory reduction, supplier rationalization, supplier onboarding, supplier development, minimize fabric/trim write offs, logistics, OTD / OTIF performance improvement and procurement risk management.
You are expected to use lean methodology for driving these high impact key initiatives.
You will be responsible for driving key supply chain transformation including but not limited to defining & executing supply chain strategy, defining key supply chain processes and automation roadmap for supply chain.

Eligibility Criteria

You should possess a degree in Finance/passed finalist of CIMA/ACCA/ICASL or a similar professional qualification.
Working knowledge in a lean environment would be an added advantage.
You should have a minimum of 5-8 years’ of experience in the same field.
You should possess a process & system orientation approach, good problem solving capabilities, be flexible in his approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
You should also have the willingness to learn and the desire to work in a challenging environment.
It is required from you be able work under pressure while prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently.
