Job Description

Deal with Recruitment Process, Leave Management, Attendance monitoring, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal & Organizational Development.
Develop, revise, Interpret & communicate HR policies & procedures.
Handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues.
Counseling for employees Health, Safety & Welfare issues.
Organize training/awareness in regular basis.
Prepare factory for facing different audit.
Prepare/updating policy/procedure/SOP/WI’s for compliance.
Assist to create company training and development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees & organize the training.
Conducting training/awareness/counseling in regular basis to monitor the workers Organize WA and EHS committee meeting.
Any special assignment provided by management.
Special Note: Responsible for overall management of operational activities of the group mainly related to Knit Composite Garments Industry located at Jirani Bazaar (Opposite to B.K.S.P), Gazipur.

PGDHRM with Master/ MBA from any reputed University.
