Job Description

Brandix Essentials Limited (BEL) is hiring for Executive HR.
Your primary job role will be to assist in Training & Development function and Visitor Management function. In Training & Development, you will need to assist in rolling out programs for executive and above associates in the SBU whilst monitoring its result and adding value to the process. You would have to design, develop and co-coordinate programs based on both the organizational and individual needs. Further, You will be responsible for sourcing of training providers, considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets whilst continuously assessing the return on investment. You will have to evaluate training and development programs based on the feedbacks and review progress of trainees.
In visitor hosting primarily you will have to handle visitors and official visits in order to maintain proper visitor hosting procedure. You will need to work with internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. You are also required to optimize the available resources when catering to internal and external requirements. You will report directly to Assistant Manager - Human Resources.

Eligibility Criteria

You should hold a degree from a recognized University or a professional qualification preferably in HR.
A minimum of 2 years’ of work experience in HR will be considered a pre-requisite.
Excellent communication, a detail-oriented mindset, a positive attitude and proficiency in MS Office packages will be required of you.
Further, you would need to be a team player, be empathic and display strong leadership qualities.
Experience in Hospitality Management and knowledge in Food and Beverage will be an added advantage.
