Job Description
Demonstrate passion for developing and implementing improvements, and reliable catered maintenance methodologies.Determines, plans and directs all the related maintenance activities.Improve all the existing machines capacity, manages the usage and monitors needed repairs to maintain the satisfaction of the production department. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.Scheduling work to most effectively meet Production needs.Supervising and directing the maintenance staff including Maintenance Workers and Specialists by providing training and development.Confers with engineers, Technicians and other staff regarding maintenance projects such as progress reports, work evaluations and project details documents departmental activity through preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules and other incidental record keeping.Design and follow up implementation of the preventive maintenance programs.Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of spare parts, materials and tools.Should be responsible for overall management of Operational activities of the Maintenance & Utility Department.
