Capable to prepare finishing Plan as per shipment schedule and execute.
Capable of efficient utilization of manpower resources to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
Should have sound knowledge of quality management.
Prepare monthly finishing plan and execute.
Must be able to improve efficiency and productivity of finishing floors.
Reporting to the management.
