Full responsibility of Buyers Compliance in calculation,Factory of 1500 workers.
Responsibilities of Attendance,Payroll processing in ERP ,Leave ,Benefit calculation,Final Settlement, Environmental Compliance.
Implementation of HR Policy,Implementation of Buyer's Corrective Action Plan independently.
Workers Training and Motivation and completion of other tasks assigned time to time.
