Job Description
Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice systems, validating process, providing documentation, training and managing staff.Designing, reviewing and improving systems for quality.Documenting and updating quality systems and manuals as per ISO-9001.Regularly bench mark companies products with main competitors and provide analysis, takes actions and makes recommendations to improve quality when compared with the best.Specifying Quality requirements of raw materials and other inputs, finished protocols, specifications, test methods and compliance requirements and ensuring appropriate standards, specifications to exceed customer requirements.Maintains and improves product quality by conducting regular audits of product, company, systems, compliance and surveillance audits and act as a technical supporter.Handling of Customer complaints and takes corrective and preventive actions.To provide training to staff for up gradation.
