Job Description
Prepare monthly production plan considering budget & ensure the smooth flow of operations;Prepare cut plan Monitor and ensure cuts are forwarded to the production and embellishment plants in a timely manner, informing failures to relevant personnel;Make sure the Pre-Production meeting schedule for the plant ensuring the timely conduct of meetings on the scheduled dates;Handle the garments with the process of embroidery, printing, attaching sequence, garment dying, sand blasting, laser burn designing, and enzyme wash, stone wash with grindings plus garment wash with softener;Introduce best practices in over all process of production, made a positive contribution to change the mind set of employees to achieve the required quality standards production target from the initial stage of a style or order;Strengthen the production team by recruiting right people and giving them right training, fabric inspection, testing pattern making, designing, cutting numbering, fusing, work study, time study, sewing, sample making, pleating, washing, finishing and ironing, packing and dispatching.
