Create right mix of items to achieve sales,margins and inventory numbers.
Supervise to ensure planned department In- Stock &vendor fill.
Analyze category & Development Planning & improve business.
Determine pricing decisions of Top Sellers.
Manage department sales margins ROI.
Planning & Approvals of orders along with Merchandise team (product, design, color, size, qty, price).
Selection of vendors.
Define buy plan in line with the budget.
