Job Description

You will be the main link between the Victoria’s Secret design team in New York and development team in Sri Lanka. Your main responsibilities will include following the product through the initial sketch and development phase with the PD team and supervising fits with the Sample Room to ensure that the Customer’s vision is maintained; sketch and offer new designs, concepts and fabrics that fit the DNA of the VS customer; develop wash, print and embellishment designs using techniques that are feasible for bulk production.

You are very enthusiastic about fashion trends and what the customer wants and have the ability to gather and analyze such information. You will have a degree in fashion and you should be creative, persuasive and committed to ensure that the customer’s vision is always maintained.
