Job Description

Your primary job role would be to ensure every order being delivered to the customer as per predetermined quality requirements and bringing about swift resolution to customer quality grievances and technical solutions such as fabric to garment delivers, garment rick analyses / pre production process / quality assurance in garment manufacturing and technical solutions / training & developing the team / deliver customer satisfactions / etc. Also you are an integral part of process improvement team to eliminate customer complaints. In addition, you would be expected to maintain proper documentation, SOP, ISO standards.

Eligibility Criteria

You should possess an academic/professional qualification in Textiles Technology and have a thorough knowledge on color assessment with experience in Fabric and garment quality assurance and Technical trouble shooting. Previous experience in a similar role within the industry will be an added advantage. You should display effective time management and skill prioritization capabilities and should be able to work effectively under pressurized circumstances. You must be a team player with good communication skills.
