Job Description

To plan, organize, direct and control the Fabric Dyeing Production process (20 Tons/Day of Terry Towel) from Pressing to Dyeing to Hydro & RF.
Successful Order execution and smooth flow of material in and out the department.
Attainment of targets of production, waste and quality.
Management and development of the manpower allocated for the department to achieve maximum productivity from workers and maximum quality product in time.
Intuitive and sound judgments of color shades, targeting FTO (First Time Okay) and OTD (On time dispatch) every time.
Minimize the waste during the production and bringing the dyeing defects at levels of industrial benchmarks.
Preparing and circulating production reports to appropriate heads.
Workload optimization and manpower rationalization to bring the production costs at most optimum levels in the department.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B. Tech/Diploma in Textiles (Technology/Chemistry) from a premier institute of country.
    Proven expertise in Fabric dyeing departments with daily production of at least 15 Tons (Terry Towels or related end consumer products), work experience of 7 to 10 years in Junior managerial profile of same nature is essential.
    Sound manpower management and analytical skills.
