Job Description
Support the day to day work of the Managing Director.Service SELs senior management team meetings.Service the board.Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners.Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.Be responsible for calendar management of the Managing Director, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and their assistants, to coordinate a variety of business and commercial meetings.Ensure the Managing Director is briefed on all meetings, collating relevant papers and materials and undertake research to support meetings and allowing any required preparation time.To produce, draft and proof correspondence where required.Assist with the preparation of business materials such company documents.Review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.Planning and organizing meetings, events, conferences, Forex and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and his business associates.Ensuring all actions from meetings and correspondence are recorded, actioned and reported.Develop and maintain filing and information systems (electronic and hard copy) ensuring archive material is safe and can be speedily retrieved.Any other duties as required from the Managing Director.
