Job Description

Ensure labour law related practices for factory.
Prepare audit documents.
Lead, coordinate and support all activities of social compliance audit.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
Ascertain that factory is compliant 24 / 7 for any unannounced audit.
Organize training / awareness on regular basis, counseling & motivation to factory workers.
Prepare and update the factory health & safety security standard as per various compliance requirements like BSCI, ICS etc.

Masters/ Equivalent.
Law back given preference.
At least 4-5 years working experience in relevant field.
Vast knowledge on local labour law as well ILO.
