Job Description
As head of the function, you will be expected to provide standards, drive solutions and audit processes in delivering expected Compliance and Quality Assurance standards of the Company, Customers and local/trade governance legislatures. Your core work areas and delivery drivers would include, labor, brand, trade, process, financial and supply chain compliance, health and safety, risk & control and CIF. You are not only an auditor, but you proactively provide solutions in driving zero repeated audit failures as per the Group standards. You also drive Health and Safety as part of your repertoire. You inherently work with General Managers coherently driving process and all compliance standards. You are the “go to" person for all Compliance/Quality related direction and information.
