Job Description
To plan, organize, direct and control the collection, analysis, preparation & reporting of the data related to standard Costing of weaving operations and act as a corporate nodal center to control costs of operation in Terry Towel Business.Establish and maintain the standard costing sheets related to assigned domains of Weaving operations of the company.Develop and control proper flow of management information system i.e. analyzing the data and converting it into useful information for senior management of the department/company.Develop and implement easy and credible formats of cost recording/analysis, sharing the data with appropriate terminals (as guided through policy of confidentially).Preparation of Process wise Costing, Quantitative details & Inventory Valuation sheets.To provide standard costing to management for business decisions and regulation.Assisting in the monitoring of variance from the planned cost variables.Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system.Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.Reporting any inconsistency in standard cost functions of Spinning operations.Expenses analysis and its Control.Participate in various cross functional team meetings for problem solving.Proficient in preparation of Different MIS reports (MS Excel/ERP Datatex NOW).Interact with Cost Auditors and participate in monthly plant reviews to modify the costing sheets accordingly.To keep updated knowledge of costing standards (Inter-Industrial) and share the same with managers.Preparation of various variance reports as required by head.Any other activity assigned from time to time.
