Job Description

Handle disciplinary matters, legal affairs, employee grievance & industrial relations issues.
Control employees daily attendance & movement monitoring system.
Handle employee counseling and ensure employee disciplinary functions.
Organize international and domestic air ticket and visa for international travels.
Supervise the casual employees, prepare duty rosters for them, monitor and report their attendance.
Maintain and update all the records, files, documents, and registers in a structured manner.
To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
Prepare job description of employees.
Any other day to day administrative works as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA/ M.com/ Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in Admin & HR of Garments & Textile Sector.
PGDHRM will be added an advantage.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Compensation/Benefits,Attendance,Leave Management.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting).
Minimum 2 years in a 100% export oriented textile industry.
Should have very good command in English.
The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Must have very good command over MS office application.
