Job Description
Develop financial planning, Companies operational guidelines and and ensure financial record keeping and regular/periodic reporting as per the need of the Company.Ensure adequate Accounts & Financial controls are installed.Support with the Head of Accounts to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis.Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, and salaries for the staff.Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.Fund and Loan Management.Deal with Income Tax and VAT matters.Analyze Cash flow, cost control guide business leaders.Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary controls etc.Any other task assigned by the Management.Applicants who are faced in Previously in Oeko-Tex for Same Position don`t need to apply anymore.
