Achieve the financial objectives of the store.Track the store’s sales performance to formulate opportunities for financial success.Secure the store’s merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.Identify current and future customer needs by building relationships with actual and potential customers.Maintain a clean and safe store environment to protect staff and customers.Maintain staff by training and motivating the store team to meet all the business’ objectives.Schedule and assign tasks to staff; follow up on work results.Maintain inventories to ensure availability of merchandise and services.Study the advertising, sales promotion, and display plans to ensure that stock is optimally marketed in-store.
