Job Description

HR & IR matters at unit level.
Setting up of new unit in Faridabad.
Statutory/Legal Compliances, Social/ Buyer's Compliances.
Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, training & induction of recruited manpower.
Formulating HR Policies & Implementation.
General Administration, Security, Safety, Health & Environment matters at unit level.
Liaison with all government authorities including ESIC, EPF, HSIIDC, Pollution Control Board, Assistant Labour Commissioner Office, Electricity deptt etc.

Key Skill

  • Export House Factory Manager buyer compliances, social compliances Industrial Relations, Manager compliances, Manager HR, garment export, apparel export.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have 10+ years of relevant experience with reputed export house.
    Should have done Buyer/Social Compliance.
    Should be able to setup garment unit from scratch on his own.
