Job Description
Inline & Mid Inspection.Random sampling (audits) before packing.Final inspection (where customers / third party audits are not part of the customers requirement).One initial and one Final inspection if the order is outsourced as job order.Establishing procedures for Collection and Analysis of data related to Quality & MIS reporting.Measurement Tape Calibration.Customer Complaint Analysis, Monitoring corrective & Preventive action, evaluating effectiveness and reporting to the management.Providing input for continual improvement. To understand buyers quality requirements, establish inspection & audit criteria to ensure that:Short shipment (from the buyer order quantity ) reduces and cut to ship increases by reducing rejections and rework in production in all factories.The product passes the final inspection criteria the first time. (To increase first time pass % at the final inspection stage). There are no complaints on product quality / debits / discounts /cancellation / product returns on account of product quality. (Reduction in customer complaints / debits).
