Job Description
Monitor from Yarn issue to shipment.Labor cost analysis.Counseling operator to increase efficiency & reduce absenteeism.Discuss with merchandising and Quality department on daily basis regarding input requirement.Ensure combined production report of automatic yarn issue, knitting, linking, trimming, mending, washing, dyeing, finishing and shipment by proper system.Ensure effective communication with supply chain team for increasing productivity.Ensure time & motion study for all styles & prepared SMV (Standard Minutes Value) database for all styles.Have to submit report to authority every day for this production consumption, costing, quality etc.Make & preview production plan with capacity & strength and ensure timely shipment target.Monitor Jacquard knitting section production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the section.Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.Prepare reconciliation report for each and every order.Prepare weekly NPT (Non productive Time) report and ensure NPT reduction at a constant rate.Prepare worker assessment report quarterly and aggregate this report for yearly Increment.Responsible for Total production to Execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.Review operator skill level monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.Set the daily, weekly and monthly target for the workers and get the maximum output according to the target.Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.To co-ordinate with Merchandising department.To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.To make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by Merchandising or Production Planning Department.Understand the buyers' requirement and implement the necessary procedures in the production department.
