Job Description
To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the sweater factory.To analyze the root cause of quality problem in production process.To resolve the quality problem in knitting, linking, trimming, mending, ironing wherever the quality problem occurs.Daily Quality Control report to Management.Documentation of Day to day Quality Assurance Activities and findings.Resolve quality related issues in Production.Ensuring Finishing Quality Control Cost.Review product performance specs & test procedures of all kind of samples for raw material and finished products.Help to Analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product and reduce returns.Order follow-up receiving package to the final shipment.Good team player with impeccable integrity.To collect technical and quality assurance parameters from Buyers to ensure that all goods are manufactured and submitted for approval maintaining the buyers quality standard.Able to work and communicate with buyers, and all the internal teams independently.Required to participate in pre-production meetings, carry out in-line and final inspection according to the companies quality control requirements, and to prepare inspection report within the designated timeline.Provide quality related input during sample development process.Provide guidance during the yarn sourcing, acceptance process.
