Job Description

We have a challenging opportunity in the sampling and technical department of Pastel Blue- Ladies division. We are looking for a high caliber Sampling & Technical Manager for urgent career employment.
Responsibilities:
Manage successfully a Team of Pattern Makers, Sampling and Garment Technologists.
Communicate smoothly and effectively with Customers / Factories.
Ensure Customers’ needs are met and are within our Industrial capabilities.
Ensure best methods are lined up for Feasibility at Sampling and bulk manufacturing.
Identify potential problem areas / high risks & provide solutions accordingly.
Be the main Fit and Technical solution provider and support to Factory team.

Pattern Making,Sampling

Eligibility Criteria

Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion Design / Clothing Production Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position in woven garment manufacturing, ideally in Ladies wear.
Pattern literate using CAD software.
Deep knowledge of garment constructions.
Strong sense of Fitting and Aesthetic.
Results &Quality oriented, strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Analytical skills & cost driven.
Willingness to travel as & when required.
