Job Description

Ensure and manage overall operation of fashion house including factory, branch and head office through effective planning & executions.
Analyze daily sales, plan to achieve the daily sales, sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the sales target.
Maintain good communication and work with other members of the sales team to ensure the sales target are achieved.
Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
Ensure enough employee are in place to run the business effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any reputed university.
Technical qualification on Fashion Design will be added advantage.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Designing, HR, Planning, Production, Purchase, Quality Control/Audit.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Garments Accessories.
Should be dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills.
Capable/expertise of leading entire production team and handle pressure/deadlines.
Extremely results driven, striving for the optimum balance between quality and output capacity.
Must have Leadership quality and should be able to mitigate all sort of sudden operational.
Must be proficient in computer, email, and Time Reaction software.
Goal Oriented, Leadership attitude, ability to take stress, willingness to work for long hour, Convincing attitude, Analytical skill, Communication & Collaboration etc.
