Develop a competent team for managing the brand.
Placing the products in LFS, SIS, E-Commerse stores and creating a network of EBO's.
Creating Plans for Merchandising, Sales, Replenishment, VM, Fixture, SOH, Pricing, Promotion, Training Space.
Ensuring brand is well maintained and desired sales are achieved.
Brand managers have to attend niche clients, take orders and design for them.
Brand managers are in charge of store operations and maintenance.
