Job Description

Plan, organize and direct all industrial engineering activities for the Company.
Determine and implement industrial engineering strategies and policies in line with directives from the CEO and Board of Directors.
Analyze all queries received from the customer, providing correct productivity information for price quotation.
Simplify all operations of confirmed orders from sampling stage.
Manage, direct and control machine and manpower allocation for bulk production so that excess resources are not used.
Direct, monitor and analyze the capacity of each operation in assembly line to maximize output.
Address all bottlenecks in assembly line.
Prepare manpower budget for all direct workers in production.
Identify risks before starting production of any order.
Provide innovation where product does not meet the breakeven targets. Reducing cost of production where possible.
Produce daily efficiency and performance reports of the factory at individual and group level.
Ensure that issues contributing to lost time are addressed.
Prepare investment proposals based on confirmed orders.
Prepare return on investment for all capital investment.
Continuous reduction of manpower and improvement of processes.
Maintain central databank for all products completed and all operations implemented in factory.
Develop and conduct training for staff and workers on production methods.
Maintain and monitor incentive scheme for workers.
Ensure that production is executed within the stipulated operating budget.

  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering.
    Expatriates can apply.
    The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Work Study, Production, Planning, Textile Engineering.
    The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies.
    Age 35 to 45 years.
    Goal Oriented, good communication skills, team player, quantitative and analytical skills, troubleshooting skills, leadership, planning ability, organizational skills.
    Knowledge of complete production chain from cutting to finishing.
    knowledge and experience handling garment processing equipment.
    knowledge of work and time study.
    Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
    Reporting skill, communication skill, productions know how.
