Study upcoming style's and have suggest If any new methods.
Should have leadership and team work power in order to perform approved layout in production floor.
Able to make thread consumption report.
Assist to train workers with easy and standard method to developed skilled workforce.
Able to handle any kind of responsibility given by management.
To study each operator's capacity, efficiency and performance rating.
Daily efficiency report making.
Other IE related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc in industrial production engineering.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting).
Age 22 to 32 year(s).
Should have experience with following area’s (work study /planning and production management).
Experienced in woven (bottom) are highly preferable.
Minimum 2 years experience for sewing and 1 year experience for cutting and finishing.
Self motivated ,analytical and result oriented.
Able to work well under pressure.
Be honest and trustworthy.
Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail & accuracy.
Good knowledge in computer operation & experience in MS excel.
